What does "mieć muchy w nosie" mean in Polish?

I was watching this Polish comedy show with my friend and one of the characters said "ona ma muchy w nosie" about their coworker. I know "muchy" means flies and "w nosie" means in the nose, but I'm really confused about what this actually means! Does it have anything to do with being sick? Or maybe being annoyed?

My friend tried explaining it but her English isn't great and I'm still not sure I get it. She used it when talking about someone who was acting kind of stuck-up or moody.

Is this like an idiom for being in a bad mood or something? Would love if someone could explain this expression to me!
