Quì or Quà? Lì or Là?

I saw that there are two ways to say "here" and "there". Can you explain me why?

The ones ending with "à", so "quà" and "" refer to a closer or further distance compared to quì and . The difference is not big at all and they are the same words.

In English quà and would be like "over here" and "over there".

Vieni quì Come here

Vieni quà Come over here close to me
