Hi Alex, thanks for yet another interesting language question. Before making some research I knew about kiełbasa - sausage but there are more Polish words in English. Here's the list.

Polish words in English

• Pierogi - a type of dumpling typically filled with meat, potatoes, cheese, or fruit
• Kielbasa (pol. kiełbasa) - a type of sausage
• Borscht (pol. barszcz) - a soup made with beets and often served with sour cream
• Polka - a lively dance
• Babka - a sweet bread or cake
• Szlachta - a term for the Polish nobility
• Kasha (pol. kasza) - a porridge made from buckwheat or other grains
• Goulash (pol. gulasz) - a stew of meat and vegetables, originally from Hungary but popular in Poland as well
• Vodka (pol. wódka) - a clear distilled alcoholic beverage, often associated with Russia but also widely consumed in Poland
• Shtetl (pol. sztetł) - a small Jewish town or village, historically found in Eastern Europe including Poland.
