iść conjugation in Polish

Polish

Hey everyone! I keep seeing this verb "iść" everywhere in my Polish textbook and while I understand it means "to go" (like walking/going somewhere), I'm really struggling with how to conjugate it in present tense.

I saw it in a dialogue where someone says "idę do sklepu" (I think it means "I'm going to the store"), but then in another part, I noticed "idziemy" which I guess is "we go"? The forms seem really irregular and different from other verbs I've learned so far.
