Formal letters in German

Hello :) I have a question - can someone, please, explain me how to write a formal letter in German? I would also be very grateful if you provided me with some useful phrases, for example "Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me" or "I'm writing to express my disappointment/invite/apologise/ask about/apply for the job" etc. Thanks!
