Polish cases are probably one of the toughest aspects to learn in the whole language, and even some Poles (myself included) struggle from time to time and make mistakes.
If I wanted to learn them, I would probably get a notebook and dedicate a few pages to each case, writing the usage rules (starting from the most important), how the case is formed and include many examples.
I would try to find online or in a book some exercises to put this knowledge in practice (we really should have more content about Polish grammar here at Repeto).
I would also pay attention to the text, try to notice the cases and figure it out why the nouns is in particular cases (to see how these rules work in real language).
