Learning Polish doesn't have to be difficult. You can learn a lot of new vocabulary by reading engaging short stories. Our free course Polish short stories for beginners contains 12 easy-to-follow stories with basic Polish vocabulary from levels A1 and A2.
Each short story is accompanied by an audio recording and a list of important words and phrases. We will also include a simple drag-and-drop exercise to practice new words and phrases.
You read and listen, have a great time and learn Polish at the same time 😀
Our method is quite simple. You need to read and listen to each story a few times to understand it completely. If you struggle with understanding something, please use an English translation or a dictionary. Once you remember the whole story in Polish, work with vocabulary by listening and repeating words and phrases. In the last part of the lesson, you need to do the drag-and-drop vocabulary exercise.
Remember, it is very important to say phrases and whole sentences aloud as this will help you to remember them better.
Also, when you finish, please revisit the story after a few days and again after a few weeks, to refresh the information you acquired.
If this language course is too difficult for you, please check our easier course: Polish short stories for beginners (A1). You can also try to learn Polish with Polish songs. This is our new language course based on the lyrics of Popular Polish songs.
